Emons Cargo 2WIN purchased 40 new 2WIN trailers and 200 trucks as it is experiencing exceptional growth. As part of Emons’ expanding fleet of trailers and trucks, the recent acquisition will give the company a competitive edge in meeting increasing customer demands while pushing its driver-centric approach.

Because of the company’s growth, it felt a need to considerably expand the fleet of sustainable double-deckers and lightweight inloaders. The company will also reduce its CO2 emissions by 25% by investing in new IVECO trucks that will run with Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).

The company serves a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, paper and packaging, pharma, retail and fashion, and industrial goods.

As the company replaces ageing trucks and trailers with newer and safer ones, Emons can help keep drivers and others on the road safer while increasing the driver retention rate. The different trucks will be manufactured by Mercedes-Benz, DAF, and IVECO. Another benefit is the considerable savings in insurance expenses and maintenance costs.

Newer trucks come with the latest technology, sophisticated safety features, and fewer maintenance and repair problems. This equates to fewer breakdowns and less downtime. All the trucks will be lightweight and have a spacious cabin. This will make the drivers’ journey comfortable and more efficient. This means improved timelines, more efficiency, and improved safety for drivers. It is one more important step for Emons in growing its fleet and meeting the growing needs of its customers.

Emons Cargo 2WIN is one of Europe’s largest family-owned freight carriers. The company is headquartered in Milsbeek, The Netherlands, and has a presence in more than ten countries, including the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Poland. The company has a robust network of facilities, drivers, and equipment across the nation, which keeps it responsive and flexible in this rapidly evolving and dynamic climate.
