Royal Burgers and the Emons Group are joining forces to develop the Next Generation 2WIN:
a new step forward in high-volume double deck transport.

The partnership combines Royal Burgers’ advanced trailer technology with Emons’ operational knowledge from daily 2WIN operations. Together, both companies are developing a solution built around the changing needs of European logistics, where flexibility, efficiency and smarter use of capacity are becoming increasingly important.

The Next Generation 2WIN builds on the proven strength of the current 2WIN concept for high-volume transport with pallets up to 180 cm high. At the same time, the new concept introduces improved flexibility, stronger operational efficiency and better alignment with the daily reality at shipper and receiver sites.

With a seamless dock connection, faster loading and unloading, trained 2WIN drivers and a controlled way of working, the new 2WIN is designed to support customer processes, QHES requirements and operational performance at the dock.

The fully adjustable floor also creates more opportunities to carry 26 UK pallets or 33 Euro pallets up to 250 cm in height, helping reduce empty kilometres by making better use of suitable return flows.
